Shipping & Return Policy
Rules for making purchases
- The buyer can place orders twenty-four hours a day via the websites www.extrashop.fun and www.revolutionshop.eu
- Placing an order consists of four stages: 1) selecting the product (“Add to cart”), 2) entering the personal data necessary to complete the order by the Buyer, 3) selecting the payment and delivery method, 4) confirming the order by the Buyer. A similar procedure is used is when an order is placed by phone.
- When the Buyer confirms the order, the Seller sends the Buyer a confirmation of acceptance of the product order along with the order number via e-mail to the address provided by the Buyer. The order number allows the Buyer to check the status of the order.
- Recipt, i.e. confirmation of purchase, is issued in electronic form and is sent to the e-mail address indicated in the order by the Customer after the Customer has made payment for the order.
- The Seller may provide third parties who perform accounting tasks for the Seller with information regarding receipts.
- The order is processed within 14 business days from the date the payment for the order is credited to the Seller’s account, but no later than thirty days after the Buyer places the order.
- If the subject of the service is not available, the Seller will immediately, but no later than thirty days from the conclusion of the contract, notify the Buyer and refund the entire price received from the Buyer for the ordered product.
- The delivery price list depends on the shipment’s destination and is visible when placing the order and providing the delivery address.
- All products presented by the Seller are original.
Payment and delivery methods
Payment for the ordered goods to be delivered to the Buyer can be made in one of the following methods chosen by the Buyer:
a) Bank transfer, b) Credit card, c) PayPal, d) Revolut e) Monese f) BlackCatCard g) Wise h) Crypto
Complaint and withdrawal from the contract
- The customer may return the ordered goods at any time at his own expense within a period no longer than 14 days from the day he received the goods from the courier.
- The returned goods cannot be used by the Customer and should be in their original packaging.
- The Customer should inform the Seller about the desire to return the goods via e-mail: shop@extrashop.fun
- Discounted products cannot be returned.
- Products for which the Customer used discount codes during purchase are not subject to return.
- Disputes will be resolved by entities located in the area and territory of the city from which the order was sent to the Customer.
- In the event of a product defect, the Seller will send a new product at its own expense after receiving the defective product from the Customer.

- Complaints are considered within 14 business days from the moment the Seller receives written information to the following address: shop@extrashop.fun
ExtraShop is the official distributor of the brands presented on the store’s website. Selling products, promoting and using the name, logo, photos or promotional materials without the consent of the store owner is prohibited.
Accepting orders.
Orders are accepted via the online store and may be placed by persons with full legal capacity. Placing an order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these Regulations and constitutes an obligation to pay for the items covered by the order.
Account registration and logging in are voluntary and failure to create an account does not result in the inability to place an order. In order to register an account, the Customer is obliged to provide an e-mail address and set a password for the account, which is provided each time he logs in. The customer may delete the account at any time.
ExtraShop declares that the photos of products offered in the online store are for illustration purposes only.
Differences resulting from the above factors do not constitute grounds for declaring non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
In the absence of payment for the placed order, this order will not be processed.
Prices
All prices are in EUR including VAT.
The total price of the goods is given for each product. The standard (non-promotional) shipping price list can be found on the page: Delivery costs.
After selecting the products, the Customer can choose the payment and delivery method with the price given there in the Cart, and enter a maximum of one discount coupon.
All discounts are calculated automatically in the summary, before confirming the order. ES does not calculate them manually.
Discount coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions, unless the terms of the promotion provide otherwise. The customer can only use one discount coupon or promotion terms.
After confirming the entered data, a summary appears with a list of selected products along with prices, shipping date, payment and delivery method, and the value of the entire order, including a discount coupon if one has been previously entered.
At this stage, the customer has the opportunity to return and change the order. After approval of the summary, the order is considered to have been placed with the obligation to pay and the Customer cannot edit it.
ExtraShop reserves the exclusive right to sell products via the online store on promotional terms and to terminate sales on promotional terms without giving a reason.
If customers are provided with the opportunity to purchase products on promotional terms, information about the price of the product before the promotion, the promotional price and the lowest price from the last thirty days before start of the promotion.
In matters not covered by this policy, the provisions applicable to the place and country from which the shipment was sent apply.
